I'm Sofia Zefka, the heart behind Reef Weddings & Events.

Born on the sun-kissed shores of Fig Tree Bay, Cyprus, and nurtured by the deep, emerald forests of Germany, my journey into wedding and event planning was shaped by my love for both countries, their folklore, and their tales. 

I was a natural storyteller from the age of 3, and by 8, I was already writing my own tales- so much so that my mum was convinced I'd grow up to be an author or an actress! I've always lived in a world of fairy tales- whether listening to my family read them, watching them unfold on screen, exploring castles in Germany, or pretending I was a mermaid with friends.

Creating my own fairytales has always been second nature to me, whether through words, imagination, or experiences. I even took part in writing competitions and had two poems published in a book! Today, I'm grateful to transform those dreams into magical realities for others. 

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Event and Hospitality Management, and a specialization in Wedding Planning, I’ve dedicated myself to the art of transforming visions into reality. My approach is rooted in a commitment to personalization—every event is a unique tapestry brought to life with the elements that resonate most deeply with you.
